At Proto Marín, we take care in preparing and delivering each order so it arrives in perfect condition. Below you’ll find details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and important policies.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day

  • During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

  • Package size and weight

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are delivered via trusted carrier partners.

Proto Marín is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered:

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

Proto Marín is not responsible for delays or fees incurred through customs.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Proto Marín is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses resulting from address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Proto Marín is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@protomarin.com so we can assist with a carrier claim when applicable.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
