Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Standard U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners intact. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if the size or style isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help arrange an exchange when inventory is available.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know my size?

Visit our Size & Fit Guide for detailed measurements and fit notes. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

I’m unsure between two sizes — what should I do?

Send us your measurements (bust, waist, hip) and the style you’re considering — we’ll help recommend your best fit.

Product Care

How should I care for my swimwear?

Rinse in cool water after each wear, hand wash with mild detergent, and lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Avoid washing machines, dryers, and harsh chemicals.

Can I wear my suit in hot tubs or heavily chlorinated pools?

You can, but rinse immediately afterward — chlorine and heat can break down fibers more quickly.

Orders with Issues

My package is delayed — what should I do?

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, reach out and we’ll assist.

I received a damaged or incorrect item — help!
