Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, exchanges, and returns.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 1–3 business days.
During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking when it ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred service.
(If you’d like, we can update this later with flat rate or free shipping thresholds.)
Domestic Shipping – United States
Most U.S. orders arrive within:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier or weather conditions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide where possible.
International delivery timelines vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Addresses
If you need to update your shipping address or make a change, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify it.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- free from deodorant, makeup, perfume, or stains
- with hygiene liners intact
- with all original tags and packaging attached
For sanitary reasons, worn swimwear cannot be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, discounted, or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
(We can customize this based on how you want to handle sales.)
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, we’re happy to assist with an exchange when available.
Exchanges are offered based on inventory availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
